Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website. We follow Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, phone number, email (optional), location and the details of your request. If you attach drawings, we keep the file to prepare your quote. We also keep the date and the internet address the request came from, to stop spam.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit or prepare a quote. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

On our own server, run by our team. Staff may receive a notification of a new enquiry so we can call you back quickly.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and as long as tax and contract law require for customers.

Cookies and third parties

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts; those services see your internet address when your browser fetches them.
